How do I transfer my website?

Simply contact our sales department using our contact form - tell us you want to transfer, and please provide the following information in that email.

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Old hosts control panel URL (web address)
  • Old hosts username
  • Old hosts password
  • Domain Name registar username (if elsewhere from above)
  • Domain Name registar password

Once we have received your ticket, we will initiate the transfer of your domain name and hosting over and should have this complete within 48-72 hours depending on DNS propogation. If you have any variation to the transfer request, please mention it in your email to us, and we will work with you.
